CHIA SEED OIL

It is an oil that contains high amount of omega 3 fatty acids. It provides protection against many diseases with omega 3 fatty acids. It contains high levels of antioxidant substances and essential fatty acids, alpha linolenic linoleic acid.

USAGE

It is used 2 times a day by dripping 2-3 drops into a cup of water or a cube of sugar.
It is applied to the skin by massaging.
